grandpa joke funny or not?

One day billy was playing in the front yard while his grandpa watched him. billy was pulling a worm out of its hole. so grandpa says to billy "ill give you ten bucks if you can put that worm back in the hole" so billy thinks a minute. runs in the house and comes back with a can of starch, he sprays it and the worm stiffens up and billy puts it back in the hole .Grandpa smiles and gives billy ten bucks. the next day grandpa gives billy another ten bucks to which billy replies "whats this for?" grandpa says "grandma thought it was was a neat trick too
