my grandmother has neglected to get a normal tune up.. (plug wires and such).. today when i was driving becuz she said something seemed wrong.. the car sounded weird... when i opened the hood and checked all the plug wires the number 1 plug wire was broke.... inside.. no current was moving through.. i have new plug wire and pluge.. i need to know will the cyclinder be flooded and if so how do i get the gas out????
