Grand theft auto chinatown wars? ROM EMulator NO$gba?

I have The no$gba emulator. My pokemon platinum works and that is the only rom. I need a GTA CHinatown wars rom that works on no$ or a rom that works on another emulator. Best answer goes to the first person who gives me a rom and emulator combo that works! thanks
