I am new to Grand Theft Auto 4, i have it for the PC and i was wondering, how can you put mods on the game, i have tried a couple things, read some things, but nothing works, have not even gotten one simple thing to work, I am a beginner, so can someone maybe give a starter process on how to mod GTA 4? Any help would be great.
