Many states are starting to make those illegal because they are a safety hazard. Check with local law enforcement first because of that. And if you're putting it on a newer Grand Prix that's front wheel drive, well, you can only fit a 24" tall TIRE on the car, so you would have to park the car on just the wheels with no tires without cutting.
