I am training to hike the Grand Canyon and I just did a 13mi hike and the last 3mi my feet gave me lots of problems. My feet were very sore and achy (flat footed). I also had some blisters. Is there anything out there similar to Orthodics that might be worth trying? Any other recommendations....socks, mole skin, etc? I basically need to be able to do this 13mi hike 2 times to be comfortable for the Canyon
