grammar question: Parents shouldn't argue "within earshot" of their children?

Hello,
I want to make sure I'm using the expression "within earshot" and "out of earshot" correctly. Are the following sentences grammatically correct?
1. Parents shouldn't argue within earshot of their children.
2. Parents shouldn't argue within their children's earshot.
3. Parents should only argue out of their children's earshot.
4. Parent should only argue out of earshot of their children.
5. Parents should only argue out of the earshot of their children.
