Graffiti trail vs. highlighting

Yourasssmells.

All of a sudden, when I try to highlight in the top screen, (eg. Calendar, Address, etc) it draws a line, instead of highlighting. I have used ClipPro for a long time and of course if you cant highlight it wont pop-up correctly. Any clue what might have triggered that. It is a nuisance and I would like to reset the fault or whatever it is.
Thanks,
Richard

Do a soft reset.

You have TealScript, right? I seem to recall you do. Go into Prefs and DEACTIVATE on screen writing when in ClipPro. It will then treat the screen "tap" as a normal tap and not a graffiti stroke (like "." for a period.).

You can also adjust TealScript to treat as a tap unless the pen is dragged so many pixels over so much amount of time (or not).

If I'm wrong and you DON'T have TealScript, try de-activating the write on screen and see what happens then. While deactivated, perform soft reset and then activate again. Sometimes things need a "jog."

Glad you're ok. CLIP PRO is something you REALLY wouldn't want to be without!!

By the way - you might take a look at the FREEWARE Shortcut5 (if fact you're not already using it) - 4096 character shortcuts made with a period instead of the graffiti "loop."

Whole paragraphs can be entered with "." and a shortcut you prefer!! Just super and a great complement to ClipPro and the TealScript Macros!!
