Graduate School for Higher Education?

I will be a senior this upcoming fall at a University. I am interested in going to graduate school for higher education. I am the president of the psychology honor society, i have 3 years experience working in undergraduate admissions, i have worked for new student programs, and next year i will be an intern in the career services office at my university. I am majoring in psychology, minoring in education and I have a 3.60 GPA. I was wondering if you think it would be a smart move for me to apply to graduate school right away or work for a while. I am not sure how the job market is for higher education jobs when you only have a BA. Also, what graduate schools do you recommend for higher education. ANY suggestions/advice on this subject would be EXTREMELY helpful. THANK YOU!!!
I am not looking into going into a psychology graduate program. I am looking to go into Higher Education Administration/Student Affairs.
 
An undergrad degree in Psychology won't get you that far. There are too many psychology undergrads out there, and not too many jobs for them. Go for the graduate degree.
 
Go straight to grad school. Because if you do not chances are over 2 in 3 you will never go. And there are NO jobs for someone with only a BA in psych.

My daughter went to grad school right away and is half done. She has a National Academy of Sciences fellowship this fall and a free ride lined up for her doctorate.

So if at all possible, get to grad school right away.
