Grades/School/Test help!?

I'm stressing out because I have C's in some of my classes. No matter how hard I try or how well I know the stuff, I do horrible on tests. Does anyone know of good study ideas for math, spanish, or biology? How about tutoring centers? Anything would help! Need to get grades better by Jan 22
