Hi, I am not 100% positive, but I think it means some sort of slippage of one vertebrae over another. Hopefully someone who knows about this will reply to you.
antero means forward, and lithesis is slippage. so it's when one vertebre slips forward over another. It's also referred to as spondylolithesis. I was diagnosed with the same.
Not a fun thing.
