Grad studies in real estate, US universities and professional exams?

hey everybody,
i would like to pursue my masters in finance but more towards real estate. my question: is there a well known university in the united stated that offers a good programs regarding this stream...
also, for those interested in real estate, are there exams like students in finance have, such as CFA or CMT.
 
There are no nationwide exams. You have to qualify in your particular state, and you have to take the state's approved real estate courses. These are often offered through adult ed at the local high school.
