Grad School-->UW or UH-Manoa for Korean History?

I got into UW and UH-Manoa graduate schools. I'm studying Korean History. Both of these schools offer strong Asian-related programs. BUT, I've never visited the campuses or interacted with their graduate students and faculty. Which graduate school should I attend? (UW or UH?)
 
Which UW is it? University of Washington or University of Wisconsin at Madison?
If it's Madison, I would definitely recommend it. I go there and I love it. Badger game days are the best, the school is world-class, and Madison is a great city.
