Got the Samsung Glyde - didn't like it

I've had my old Nokia 6236 phone for approx. three years and thought it was time to try a new phone. I looked around and decided on the Samsung Glyde. It was $19.99 after the $50 rebate. I used it for a week but couldn't stand the touch screen. Answering a call required me to unlock the phone and then touch the answer button. Anyway, I just wasn't happy with the phone so I dialed *228 and switched over to my old phone.

What can I do with the Glyde? Verizon charges $35 restocking fee. Could I sell this phone on e-bay? If so, is there anything special I need to do before I sell the phone?

Thanks.

pay the restocking fee..... I have had it since october and gone through 2 firmware updates with the 2nd one being yesterday & it got worse!! Touch screen totally unresponsive at times & when txting the cursor jumps around the screen while typing like im touching the screen when my fingers are no where near it. I have had it with this phone. I love the design but its forcing me toto take it back to Verizon & demand for another phone comprable in price or little more & ill make up the difference. Take it back and youll be happy u did even with the restocking fee.

I don't plan on keeping this phone and I'd rather not pay the restocking fee. Could I sell it on e-bay? I just want to make sure selling this phone is legal.

Thanks

ok i took mine back after getting a warranty phone sent to me & only after 10 hours this one locked up on me 3 times good enough for me to resort to pulling the battery. Finally got offered a exchange phone so i took it. Now i have the Envy2 and so far i like it just need to get use to a new phone is a pain in the butt haha.
All in all at least im away from the sucky Glyde.
