got the itch

So I am thinking of building another bike this winter, will probably stick with italians, but not sure what to look for. Ive got a budget of about 6000 us to work with, this will include the bike and the build, parts, paint, mods, etc. Currently I got two 1098's one for street, one for track, and a Buell xb9 Xcross. I am looking for suggestions on a cool low budget build. It can be any brand and can be any type of bike, please no cruisers. Some bikes I thought about was the terra monster, custom 900 monster, cagiva gran canyon, aprilia falco, partial restore moto guzzi. Im open to any suggestions for a cool build
