Got new rims =18x7.5 Offset 32 - What size tires do I use?

I want to buy some tires for this size rim, but I do not know the size I need?

Can anyone tell me the best size tires I can use? (winter/ summer/ or all season)

Also, If at the same time anyone can tell me which tire size would cost the least (buying used ones or used)?
