Everyone in my apartment complex got forclosure papers left on their front door. The owner/landlord is denying that there are financial issues. How do I find out for sure???
About 2 months ago someone made fake forclosure papers and past them around the apartment complex, I called the number on the paper its a 1 800 number for bayview loan but everytime i select the option to speak with a representitive it just hangs up, I just want to make sure that these are legit papers before i start making plans to move
