applied disinfectants and anti septic

and Alam too (fitkari in hindi)

do I still have danger of HIV?

i also want to know how HIV works, i mean blood contact with another person and that's all? i took out all the blood from the wound right away though, cut is in my finger because the blade was on table and I couldn't see it and got cut
