Hello everyone i have a question two nights ago i got pulled over by CHP. He said that i was going over 100mph on the freeway... But i have topped my car out and it tops out at 91mph, So my question is how can i get out of this ticket...
Should i take it onto a dyno get video proven evidence that shows that it only hits that speed
But i will admit i was speeding no more than 85 for sure still speeding
but not 100 +
