...circumstance any help or advice? Okay, so my friend got caught driving with out a drivers license tonight in IL, here's the thing, she is also my babysitter, and the reason she was driving was because she needed to take her daughter, who is 10 months old to the emergency room. My friend did not lose her license, she simply never obtained it as she came from a poor family and could not afford to. None the less, she got the ticket on the way back home from the emergency room with her daughter who had developed a rash all over her whole body! She still has the discharge papers, she showed them to the cop when he pulled her over! Discharge papers and ticket obviously show exact date and time frame, is there any way at all, is there any law concerning exigent or emergency circumstances for a case like this, does any one know what the statute number would be?
