So I was riding my bike and I started to feel kinda weird--dizzy? Nauseous for a tiny bit but not anymore. It was just a few blocks, I've done a lot more and I was fine. But as I walked into Gelson's I started to feel weirder, like white flashy in front of my eyes and all sweaty. I sat down and sort of recovered, I was okay to ride home but now I'm all hot. (Well, it is summer in California.) So what was this? I'm drinking water now by the way. Should I be worried?!
