Got a lil financial aid issue.?

ok, now i go to a lil community college, ive never really applied for financial aid, so i been payin outta pocket. BUT, i have applied for the spring of '11, my g.p.a now isnt high enough to get it, BUT i will after this semester, now i plan on transfering in the spring, and my question is, once my g.p.a is back high enough to get it, will finacial aid notify me? or how will they know my g.p.a is back high enough to recieve the money. cause i know its a quick transistion jumpin from a college to college in a small period time. so can anyone pleeeeeasse give me info. thanx
