ok so i recently got into a accident where me and my friend were drinking. i hit a tree and we were bith hospitalized. My friend gave me permission to drive her car full knowlingly i and her were both drunk. I hit a tree and we were sent to the emergency room. The alcohol was hers and there was a pot pipe found in her purse along with a bag that had hydrocodone residue in it, along with a pack of cigarettes. i got charged with a DUI and reckless driving. I woould like to know how much trouble i will get in and how much trouble she will get in. i also would like to know who has to pay for the car because it was totalled i mean she gave me permission to drive it and she knew i was drunk, will her insurance cover it or will they sue me?
