this sore last? Hi, I'm 14 and I've had many cavities drilled before, but today I went it, and they gave me the shot of Novocain in the very back of my bottom right gums, the tooth getting filled was the second to last moler. Anyway they waited and it felt pretty number, but they also put some numb cream on the surface of the gums so I don't feel the shot. So I said I'm ready and when they started drilling it was the worst pain ever, it was like a sharp pain and you could feel the drill rotation and it was terrible and they had to stop, they gave me ANOTHER shot of novocaine and waited again and started again, it was the same pain but they finished this time. so when i got up from the chair I could feel my tounge, cheek, chin and all, usually everything is numb after, the only part that was noticeably numb was the back gums. after 1 hour it was completely gone and I felt like normal, then all the sudden it started getting sorer and sorer, now I can only open my mouth not even an inch before it hurts badly. I'm afraid of not be able to eat lunch tomorrow and being really hungry at school. will this clear up or get better overnight?

I'm not sure if the sore is from the shots or the drilling. But it never felt this bad before,
