Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.

The light bulbs just usually pull out of the meter.
Underneath the meter, the bulbs are pushed in and held in place by a rubber plug.
Pull on the wire and the plug will come out of the meter.
