the guy chuck kisses is in charge of the allocation of the freshman speech. blair and him made a deal that if he got to kiss chuck, which was something on a scavenger list, the speech was hers.
chuck and vanessa had sex a couple times in season 2, towards the end. nothing serious though and the storyline is kind of hard to explain, but her its chuck bass so its no surprise they had sex.
