It's been over a year since the Google Voice App Store Fiasco, and iPhone users willing to jailbreak have been able to get third-party GV Mobile on Cydia ever since. But, with Apple releasing new rules for the App Store, GV Mobile developer Sean Kovacs has decided to work with Apple to get his app back in the App Store for the non-jailbreakers, too. Google says they currently have no plans to release a native app, but this is definitely the next best thing. According to Kovacs' Twitter, Apple already told him they'll probably re-accept his app, so Google Voice users rejoice—it looks like we may get a native app on the iPhone after all.
