Google Talk and Android Phone (motorola droid)?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to make my android phone (moto droid) work with the chatback badge I pasted on my website?

I can click on the chatback badge but it just says "waiting for host"
BUT I'm never notified on my android phone.

Is it possible to chat with customers who click on the Google talk badge on my website on my android phone?
