Google redirects me to spam?

Whenever I google something and click on the link, most of the time it redirects me to a spam link. For example, I click on hulu.com and it goes to a website selling me watches. I've run multiple virus scans with McAfee, and uninstalled firefox, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had this problem, and how do I fix it?
