While there has been plenty of rumors and speculations in the past over what the next-generation Google Nexus smartphone will pack, Samsung Mobile in Romania has confirmed the device and its screen via Twitter. According to the official Samsung Romania Twitter account, production for the phone has yet to begin, and the phone will usher in Android 4.0?Ice Cream Sandwich?when it launches in late 2011.
