Google.com WILL NOT open in Google Chrome!!?

Google just will not open in Google Chrome, at all. Everything else opens and runs normally. When i try Google.com all it says is, "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.google.com
Suggestions:
Try reloading the page
Search on Google"

When i click "Why am i getting this page?" at the bottom, it doesn't load because it's some link in Google... Help!!
