Google Chrome won't work - but only in my account!?

I am the admin on my computer, and my internet connection works just fine. Logging into the other two accounts, I have no problem using Chrome. In my own account, I can still use Firefox and Explorer, but Chrome acts exactly as if wireless was disconnected. I checked into my McAfee, and it is currently allowing Chrome full access (This was the problem about 7 months ago!).

Now I am at a loss, and would prefer not to uninstall it. Any ideas?
