Google Chrome Question?

OK, I'm not sure how to ask this.

I currently have a Mac, and I'm using Google Chrome with it.

Is there a way to export my settings on the Mac's Google Chrome to a PC? (like bookmarks, bookmark toolbar, history, etc.)
