Google chrome question!?

Well I bought a new computer and I installed Google chrome and I was downloading a video clip and on my old PC whenever I would hit the X on the top right it would pop up saying "FINISH DOWNLOAD or CANCEL DOWNLOAD"

For some reason now it doesn't do that :[

any one know how to fix it?
