So I decide to get on Google Chrome, and right when it loads, I get a popup that says "Your profile could not be opened correctly". I look up on other sites that says I should either rename my "default" folder in the User Data or I should delete Web Data in the Default folder in the User Data. I tried both, but they both keep saying "This action can't be completed because the file is open in Google Chrome". I tried going under my task manager and hit End Task in the processes tab, but when I do THAT, it doesn't disappear, it just stays there.
What do I do?
