internet explorer and firefox both work on my computer, but every time i try to use chrome i get an error message:

Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.
its kinda irritating me cause chrome USED to work on my computer but now for some reason it doesnt, i tried uninstalling and downloading it but that didnt help. and im not real good with the proxy and firewall stuff so if you could please help me out in a little bit of detail that would be great. thank you.
i tried both of those and it still didnt work
