Google chrome problem?

Since moving to a new computer with windows 7 32bit i cant get Google Chrome to work. It wont find web pages it just throws the ERROR 102 code up. Now i have searched the web and used their help sites and tried all there suggestons but nothing works, you cant even contact them. Please help as i hate using firefox and explorer. Many thanks.
