For the past few weeks, when I look at a video on Youtube on Google Chrome, all I see is a blue and black fuzzy screen, with the blue being a streak across the screen. I can still interact with the video, but it won't show. On an even odder note, the video shows up if embedded in another webpage! Also, it appears in Internet Explorer, and on my Youtube account on other computers and browsers, it shows. Any answers on this?
