Google Chrome "Favourite Websites" toolbar?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering, is there a toolbar for Google Chrome where you can grab the icon beside the URL at the top, and drag it into that tool bar, and it saves the website up there? Because there is one in Firefox that automatically comes with it. If the explaining wasn't very good, Ill try to make a diagram of it, it'll be hard though considering Yahoo Answers questions in the making come out differently then what they appear after you click "Continue"

Legend:
(<)(>) = Go Back/Go Forward one page Button
(C>) = Refresh Button
(X) = Stop Loading Page Button
[Ic] = Website Icon/Logo
(*) = Bookmark This Page Button

(<)(>) (C>) (X) l [Ic] http://the-website-URL.web/XtraDetal (*) [Browser Search]

[Ic] Facebook [Ic] Twitter [Ic] YouTube [Ic] Yahoo! Answers

Okay, I know it isn't the best diagram, but what ever. What I am saying is, where the first [Ic] is on the URL bar, you can click and drag that into the toolbar with Facebook, Twitter etc. Which would be other sites I clicked & dragged before. Is there a tool bar like this on Chrome?
