Google Chrome Downloading Problems?

Ok so I was downloading a 826MB file on Google Chrome and the download speed (KB/s) started out as 114KB, but after like a hour, the speed lower downed to only 69.6KB/s, and it took me about 5 hours to finish the download, so what's wrong?

You might have not enough space.

try saving the file on some other locations sometimes it work
