google chat from gmail using multiple accounts?

I have multiple gmail accounts. I primarily do my chatting through the gmail website. How do I merge or have multiple accounts open so I can speak with all of them vs having to log out and log back in.

ex: 4 e-mails all different contact lists. Chat with all of them through gmail.com

I know there is a hack for the google talk program but I want it through the web e-mail interface.
