Google Android 2.1 Tablet?

Okay I purchased a Android 2.1 tablet and it was new out of box.. If you just bought it, and i am pretty sure that it is covered by warranty, then your best option is to contact the supplier.

Touchscreen does not come cheap and if you are not getting any replacement or even free service, then you are better of getting a new one. I do not see any problem why you should not be able to use it out of the box, than maybe a factory defect or damage from shipping.
