I'm new user of Android Phone and I'm having some issues configuring my Google Accounts and Google Apps Accounts.
I've got a Samsung Galaxys running Android 2.1 Eclair.VJJG9 (Brazilian Version).
I have as the main account my gmail account and have 2 extra Google Apps Accounts.
1.Gmail is for general usage, foruns, ecommerce, news, etc.
2.GApps Account 1 is for my family domain where I use to comunicate only with my family and friends
3.GApps Account 2 is for my company (Apps Premier).
At first I'v configured my phone with no problem.
Some small things that I didn't like such as:
1. Contacts are "used" by the Android system in different way on different apps, peeking just the main account contacts firsts sometimes, but works;
2. Calendar don't sync with all account, just with the main account;
After 2 or 3 days of use, the 2 Google Apps accounts justs gone, they disappared from my settings. I tried in many ways to add again but wasn't possible. Then I did a factory default reset.
After the reset, I tried to configure again. First my Gmail account, then My company Google Apps account. And the secundary account wasn't possible. I tried many ways and nothing. Then I remembered that first time I was using 3g connection instead wifi connect. Tried using 3g and it worked. Then I configure my family Google Apps account. And started to reinstall and configure all my apps again.
Now I had to change my password (google security warning) of my family account and I did it from my computer. Then, tried to change the password on my Android. But it is impossible by now under Android 2.1. I did many search on google and found that it isn't possible indeed. Then I removed the account and I'm trying again to add this account buy it don't work anymore. Tried using 3g, wifi and nothing.
Well, my question is, how can I solve this issue without factory reset? Or, if I have to do factory reset, there are some way to make a backup of all my apps, data, call log, SMSs, etc?
Hope someone to help on this.
