ok, so my friend and I are starting to go to the gym. she is mostly concerned with fat burning, so I will do what she does because i am there for support. we don't have any idea where to start. could someone make out a schedule that burns fat while working all parts of the body, but incorporating the elliptical? we plan to go to the gym about 4 days a week. Thank you!
