verizon sucks they have bad customer service reps and really bad tec support. i wouldn't get a verizon phone for my dead dog... pick another server... especially if mom is going for phones for the whole family at &t and t mobile have great tech support and their customer service beats verizon hands down. same coverage area happy birthday
