I've competed a bachelors degree in commerce and a masters degree in economics in an Irish university. I'm interested in studying abroad, preferably in the UK or the USA, maybe a phd. Can anyone recommend the best universities in these countries to study economics in? I'm not looking for answers like "Harvard" or "Cambridge". I'm aware of the really top universities. But universities in the top 20 or 30 in each country, I'd have little to go on here regarding the quality of their economics departments, so any help would be appreciated, thanks.
