Im 17, overweight, and have been struggiling with my weight for as long as i can remember. I want to loose about 40-60 lbs. I am ready to take charge of my life and my health because recently I learned how much of a danger being overweight is and it really scared me. Anyway, I woke up early this morning and did about 30 minuites of cardio and I worked on the bike machine for 20 min. So about 50 minuites of working out. Today I ate a small salad, a small portion of fried rice & chicken and broccoli, some cherries, and less than a handful of dried fruit, also a non fat ice pop which is 25 calories. Is this a good start to my weight loss? I have a slight headache because I am soo used to just eating bad carbs/ bad sugars all the time and i feel like im in withdrawel.. i also looked up the symptoms of food addiction & i have all of them so i know this is going to be tough but im not going to give in this time. Any one have any advice on how to help me with my weight loss? thanks so much :]
