good spots to fish in ocean city nj?

i don't have a boat, i dont want to go on a party boat, im sick of fishing the surf. i know a couple spots on the bay, like 51st street and under the 34th street bridge, but I don't think they are that deep.

I really want to catch some black sea bass...anyone know any good fishin holes around here? im dying for some action
