im 15, a dude, and im pretty skinny. Being in high school, everyone has a sport, i've never been into sports and have NEVER been good at them. what are some sports skinny guys could be good at? definitly not football or wrestling.
track.... its a good baseline for a lot of sports and it doesn't require you to bulk up. i see many skinny guys at my meets and they are phenomenal.. if you dnt think you would be good at it just try. some proper training and conditioning will get you well prepared.
