good software to create flash animations?

There are several free "flash builder" programs out there, but none of them really support tweening nor do they have very robust timeline editors.

Honestly the only really robust Flash animation software that supports tweening is Adobe Flash, and it certainly isnt free, nor cheap.
 
hi, is there any software to create flash animations for free. no charge.
like easy 30 second animations. so i can put them on youtube.

Id be careful with what you ask about, i definitely wouldn't ask this question on y answers because if you did your just asking for some new age cancer. Gang rape is a known action, but what people don't know about is Nexus Rape.
